For more information about Work Ministry and our goals:
Recently rejoining the day-to-day operations of Work Ministry, Sue had relocated to the Charleston, SC area for family reasons. She has worked in Human Resources in a variety of positions in different industries for more than 25 years. Sue launched her original Job Support Group at her church in Mount Prospect, IL (suburban Chicago). The small group of job seekers to her surprise had grown to over 400 members. Wishing to take this to the next level, Sue launched Work Ministry® in September of 2004 with a website known as www.workministry.org .
In October of 2004, Suzanne Tileston was selected as an area business leader and honored as one of the Top 25 Influential Women in Business for founding Work Ministry® and helping others seek employment success. She has traveled all over the Midwest helping to form Job Support Groups. One thing she has discovered is that Job Support groups are needed everywhere.
So as you are reading about our site please consider forming a Job Support group at your church or civic organization. We are here to help! We look forward to working with you and your group soon.
